It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google (Gemini), OpenAI (ChatGPT), or any other provider. Those services are trademarks of their respective owners.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future changes to third-party sites.
Supported sites (Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) may change their interfaces at any time, which can temporarily or permanently affect how Reply Shaper works. We are not responsible for breakage, downtime, data loss, or any outcome caused by changes to, or the behaviour of, those third-party services, your browser, or your device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reply Shaper and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer it for competing products, or use it to violate the terms of any third-party platform or any applicable law.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms and any related policies at any time and without prior notice or consent, except where advance notice is required by applicable law. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting the updated version at this URL, with a revised “Last updated” date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Reply Shaper is a digital product delivered instantly; once your account is upgraded to Pro, the purchase is considered used and non-refundable.
Before purchasing, the free version lets you evaluate the core functionality so you can decide whether the product suits your needs.
Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in immediate and permanent termination of your license.
